establishments.

BTE has provided these services for

of all ages and backgrounds. BTE’s programs have been implemented in

schools, colleges, prisons, drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, shelters, churches transitional homes, and various community entities.

Need Assessments

Our assessment is a structured process to identify organizational needs, ways to achieve its goals, and pinpoint gaps between its current situation and the desired outcomes. It helps prioritize areas for improvement and allocate resources effectively.

Youth Development

BTE’s youth development services are aimed at providing a range of opportunities for school-aged children, including mentoring, recreation, education, training, community service, and alike. These programs are aimed at providing social, emotional, and cognitive guidance that supports and produces a healthy lifestyle.

Career Development

In this coaching session, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of participants' interests, values, educational background, career exploration, work readiness, resume development, and interview preparation to prepare participants for their future
endeavors.

Organizational and Management Skills

In this coaching session, we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation and assessment of an organizations’ or its leadership team structure. The evaluation and or assessment may incorporate or include the team building process, leadership skills, time management, decision-making, goal setting, delegation, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and resources for all members of the organization to achieve its goal.

Educational and College Prep Resources

This coaching session is designed to explore resources for assisting students with academic support, college preparation, financial aid, and assistance with admission essays.
